Tiffony “TC” Coleman, COO of GMC Promotions and founder of the self-funded non-profit organization Save Our Youth and Community (S.O.C.A.Y.)  is an Event Promoter and Talent Manager from Birmingham, Alabama. She began her career in the music industry through a S.O.C.A.Y. mentorship program she founded. Coupled with event promotion and artist development under her own brand TC Promotions, her passion for artist development combined with her genuine supportive characteristics resulted in multiple strong relationships and lifelong bonds with prominent music industry figures. 

TC Promotions later merged with GMC Promotions and Management in 2020. As a unit they host talent showcase events as well as offer marketing, and consulting services. She is currently managing Dredbang a group from California and Wooty an up and coming artist from Huntsville, Alabama. TC is currently hosting WOW Wednesday at Club Onyx of Birmingham each Wednesday of the month. It is an open mic event, and all artists are welcome and encouraged to come out and perform.
