Samuel Bowie, professionally known as "Spike Li", is a professional photographer with over 4 years of experience. Born and raised in Birmingham, AL, he discovered his love for photography at the age of 14. During the pandemic he began taking pictures of his friends in the Birmingham Kappa League, a development, occupations and guidance program for male high school students. He quickly realized he had a niche for capturing beautiful moments & focused on learning more about photography.

During high school, dedicated to pursuing his passion full-time, he renovated a family-owned property a transformed it into this first studio. Shortly after graduating High School, he moved to Huntsville, Al to continue his education at Alabama A&M University and further pursue his career as an artist. Samuel has continued to prove himself in the industry and his work has been featured in several magazines and online publications and have won numerous awards.
